Precision Machining Company was established in 1984 with much hard work and dedication. My business was built on a foundation of integrity, my abilities as a toolmaker and total commitment to my customers. This formula has brought my company to where it is today: a growing, successful and highly competitive tool shop.

In 2001, I expanded my facility to 11,000 square feet to accommodate the ever-increasing demand for high-tech CNC machining applications. Starting in 1995, I purchased several Mazak's and Fadal's to keep up with the workload. This gave us a wide range of CNC capabilities.

All EDM work and grinding is done in house. We have two state-of-the-art graphite machines equipped to machine any size electrode to within .0005 tolerances. Our computer room has the latest in technological support. Our E-mail or FTP site allows quick and precise transfer of designs. We have the resources to meet all the demands of our customers.

Northwestern Welding and Machine Co. was incorporated on June 21, 1976. It was originally formed to serve the navel nuclear and petro chemical valve industries by performing hardfacing and welding of valves and valve components. While continuing to still be involved in the valve industry, NWM started to diversify into the rubber mixing equipment industry in 1993. The company primarily manufactured the rubber mixer dust stops (hardfaced and machined metallic seals which prevent rubber leakage around the mixing rotors).

After extensive growth in the Rubber Mixing industry, NWM continued to expand by branching into the CNC Machining Industry.
