McElwain Industries, Inc. was established in 1983. We are a welding fabrication shop that prides itself in having a lot of in-house capabilities. We have laser, machining, welding, sand blasting and powder coat, all in one location. This makes taking care of our customer needs a true one-stop shop. We can control lead time and give true feedback on any part of your fabrication. 

Our staff is always ready for their next project. We can build directly to your print or help you come up with the final design to make your vision come true. We have Soildworks as our main 3D modeling software and great nesting software so we can import almost any manufacturing type drawing or model to make your parts as fast as possible and right to your print. We have helped several of our customers fine tune there parts to make them the best they can be and as cost effective as possible. In matter of fact, we have a few customers that trust us so much in our abilities and trustworthiness they send PO and prints, never asking for a quote. Knowing that we will be fair and honest with pricing eliminates headaches for them. Our family here at McElwain Industries likes to build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Adding a laser and powder coat a few years ago has taken us to the next level. Our lead times went down; quality and consistency went up. We have multiple press brakes to bend sheet metal, this keeps us flowing well. We can turn a hot job in a hurry if and when needed. But don’t think sheet metal is all we do. We have built towers that once assembled reach a few hundred feet in the air. Made out a large I-beams and plate.

Aqua Delta Cut is located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, and has been in business for over 20 years. We started off doing fuel tank installations and removals for the Pennsylvania Dept. of Environmental Resources as well as other state departments, EPA, and the private industry sector. After 2000, most older tanks had been removed and Aqua Delta Cut has moved into the machining of steel and metal parts for industries across northern PA. including the natural gas / fracking industry in Pa. In the fall of 2017, we added an Amada 2000 watt CNC laser to cut metal parts with greater speed and accuracy than ever before. .Welding, metal fabrication, and powdercoating can be performed in house to keep costs down for finished products. Our facility has purchased a CNC press brake and a CNC lathe / mill to further add other dimensions to our capabilities.

Our equipment also includes a 2000 watt fiber laser, cnc press brake, welding equipment both mig and tig, roll forming equipment, and a C02 laser for parts marking and plastic machining. We have been in the machining / cutting business since 2001 and can incorporate any dxf, stp, dwg, jpg, or ai files to convert parts from drawings to g code and produce parts with tolerances of less than .004.Williamsport, Pa. and can supply parts with 1-2 day shipping to most of the northeast at reasonable rates.

Nova Metal Products Inc. is a CNC machining facility located in Eastlake, Ohio. We provide quality parts made of various metals and plastics. Nova Metals Products Inc. has expanded their machining capabilities to accommodate a broad range of industries such as medical, flow controls, automotive and agriculture. Nova Metal Products Inc. has one facility with over 20,000 square feet. Our CNC machines cover a wide range from which we can produce many sizes of parts with complex geometries. We are ISO9001:2015 Certified.

Custom Tube Products is a tube fabricating company located in Edgewater, Florida and specializing in small and medium diameter tube bending, tube end forming, and complete tube assemblies. We produce products for aviation, medical, industrial, and commercial customers. We are specialists in medium-to-high volume production but also offer low-volume and prototype services.

We produce products ranging from simple bent tubes to complex assemblies. Products include push rods, push rod shrouds, tubular fluid carrying components, and tubular exhaust and intake components. We specialize in tube bending and end forming, CNC machining, and contract manufacturing of completed assembled products.

WM Tube Wire was founded in 1999. We do $1M plus gross sales a year. We have a capacity of $5M. We have 20 employees and we are still growing. We do have a capability of bending wire .062 to 1" and tubes up to 3". We have a JIT program. We have a quality program and we are working on ISO 9000 certification.

SYS Pres is metal fabrication company in Turkey and exports the products mainly to Europe.SYS pres deals with Laser Cutting, Laser Welding, Robotic Welding, Machine Construction and screw conveyors. SYS Pres was established in 1990 and has grown to occupy a 3000 sq m factory area where it employees 30 personnel, the majority of whom are technical high school graduates to ensure a high quality, dedicated workforce. The distance from the factory to the nearest major commercial port is only 60 km. We work with our customers  from the  design/development stage  to  produce their  requirements efficiently, economically and to a high degree of accuracy from concept to finished production volumes.
