Victor at Syntime was good to work with. They shipped the parts surprisingly fast - ahead of schedule. This project had some very minor errors that I was able to easily rework in house and they are now completely acceptable. I will work with them again.

A turned and milled AL part that then had to be split in half. No tight tolerances, but a relatively complex geometry and the strict tolerances on cutting dimensions made this more challenging. Syntime was a little off the mark on some hole locations on the sample, but they provided me with 3 sets of samples, with different finish stages without my asking. We ended up selecting their polished and anodized samples because of how well they were processed (original PO was for polishing only). The production order was spot on and other than the finish, the tolerance were actually tighter on the production run.

The part that Syntime made for us was a simple turned stepped collar (AL 6061). The tolerances weren't too stiff. We received samples in a timely fashion, and of the half dozen samples, a couple came with a critical dimension out of spec. I informed victor of the same and they fixed the issue on the production batch. The parts had a surface finish requirement on the OD and syntime achieved that requirement by machining the OD. In all, we have been happy with this experience, and look forward to seeing if they can handle more complex jobs.

Very Good Supplier -- They've done many jobs for us, and we are consistently pleased with them. On this particular job, there was a problem with the knurl size, but they readily agreed to provide replacements, and we remain extremely pleased with this supplier.

They were unable to make the entire order as quoted. However I was informed that they had an issue machining the plastic components, and they refunded me that portion of the payment. Quoted the best price, alerted me that they were remaking because the surface finish was not correct before they sent the originals, the parts were delivered on time with excellent quality. Ordered/received an additional 250 sets that have the same excellent quality and on time delivery.
