Establish since 1993, we are producing different type of casting made from aluminum, zinc, bronze and brass. Processes involved are sand casting process, permanent mould (gravity die casting) and die-casting. Our engineering and drawing department can help customer developing their need in casting. With our machining center we can supply finished and ready to use casting.

Our company is located in a 25,000 square foot facility divided in 3 sections. Under nearly 9000 square feet is the home of sand casting; we are pouring different type of aluminum, different zinc alloy and various bronze and brass alloys to meet your requirement. The sand casting section is equipped with brand new resistance holding furnaces (2) for aluminum and brand new induction furnace (250 kwatts) to melt bronze and brass. Depending on type of casting we can also use induction furnace to melt other alloys such as aluminum, zinc, almag alloys and so on. We are equipped with regular squeezers and rotolift machine to produce small and large size casting. We also have a match blowmatic machine 16" x 20" to produce sand casting when big quantities is requested. Blow core box, shell core and dual mixer for resin-blended sand are the equipment for coring section. Permanent mould section is equipped with hall and Stahl machine and we are producing our own machined to fit different size of gravity die-casting mould. This section is equipped with brand new holding resistance furnace. Die-casting process section is equipped with 2 -450 tons clamping pressure and 1- 700tons clamping sections. Each machine is robotized and equipped with its own trimming die. Alloys used to produce part in steel mold (even permanent mould or die-casting) are various types of aluminum alloys and different grade of zinc alloys to meet your requirements.

We do export in different country so you can lean on us to manage all paper works (transport and custom clearance paperwork) so we eliminate all hassle for customers. Depending on your casting requirements (small to big quantity, surface smoothness, tolerances) you will find, under the same roof a process to meet your requirement and your need. You will not have to trade with 2 or 3 different companies. So give us the chance to prove to you that we will be one of your best (otherwise the best) supplier to your organization.
