All began well and the tooling was complete in the time frame agreed on. However getting the parts stamped and finished took 4 months longer then promised. While our print did not specify edge detail it was discussed and agreed that there be no sharp edges being it was a hand tool and not a muffler clamp. Still the edges were sharp at first and did not meet our expectations or match that of the samples we sent them in the begining. Other problems including heat treating, finishing and shipping added months of delays. Eventually all the kinks were worked out and now we are happy with the end results. Overall Mike the project manager did get it done it just took a lot of pushing and patience.
