Laser Engraving shop, Machine Engraving shop Nevada, USA, Job Shop / Contract Manufacturer

  • We are a one stop source for all your prototyping and custom parts needs. From 3-D Printed Models to CNC machined and Laser cut parts, we can help you find a solution.

We enable you, the Inventors, the Hobbyists, Architects, and Product Designers to upload your 2D & 3D CAD Designs and convert them into physical models or parts. Conversly, we can take your existing models or parts, scan them, and covert the data back into a 3D or 2D CAD File.

    Additive Manufacturing / 3D Printing

While rapid prototyping dominates current uses, 3D printing offer tremendous potential for production applications as well. The technology also finds use in the jewellery, footwear, industrial design, architecture, automotive, aerospace, dental and medical industries.

    Injection Molding

Plastic injection molding provides low cost at moderate to large quantities. It is an extremely versatile process for producing a wide range of simple or complex plastic parts with a good finish. Almost any 2D or 3D shape can be achieved.

    Subtractive Manufacturing

With such a wide variety of new products being developed every day, it is impossible for all of them to be produced through conventional additive fabrication (AF) methods. Some factors that would not allow AF are: specific material need, end use requirements of the parts, or explicit tolerance demands. It is in these cases that other means of producing parts must be explored.

    Laser Manufacturing

Whether it’s laser engraving or laser cutting, this technology is a flexible way to make parts and produce finished products. The achievable precision of engraving and the finished edge produced by cutting make it the perfect solution in many applications from stencils to fine art pieces.

    Reverse Engineering

3D model scanning could benefit the design process if:

    • Increase effectiveness working with complex parts and shapes.
    • Help with design of products to accommodate someone else’s part.
    • If CAD models are outdated, a 3D scan will provide an updated version
Replacement of missing or older parts
  • Thermoforming

Vacuum forming offers a low cost way to mold sheet material. Shapes that can be made by vacuum forming include 3D shapes where the sides are sloped (like a plastic drinking cup) so that the formed part can be removed from the mold. In vacuum forming, features on the side of the shape are very limited as they can prevent release from the mold. Examples of parts made by vacuum forming include trays, enclosures, cups, cup lids, packaging clamshells, auto interior panels, utensil trays, etc.

    Die-Casting

Pressure die casting is a process where metal is melted and forced into steel dies. The metal hardens into the desired shape. Molten metal is injected into a die cavity through a channel by movement of a plunger. After a preset solidification time, the plunger reverses direction and the part is ejected. Some examples of use of die casting include engine blocks, toy components, bushings, levers, gears, and assorted parts used in the automotive, aerospace and medical industries, etc.
