GRPI - Ms. Deanna Chambers - 817-304-3378 - - Metals GRPI combine the expertise of many years in the rubber/plastic and metal processing industries. In business since 1974, We also provide molded and extruded rubber and plastic products. The GRPI group provide products from all metals and in all processes, such as stamping, wire forming, machining, etc. Our factories are Certified ISO9001 and QS9000. We are happy to provide copies of Certificates as requested. Using the combined experience of experts in the metal and rubber/plastics industries and our partnering with quality offshore manufacturers, our goal is to provide the benefits of purchasing offshore without the hassles of language, money exchange or freight…just lower costs, quality products and products delivered on schedule to the customer’s warehouse. With our wide range of capability, we can combine our rubber and metal expertise to fabricate assembled products of different materials and provide products that may be hard to source. In rubber we work with Natural Rubber, SBR, EPDM, Silicone, Buna…all rubbers In plastics, we work with Polypropylene, Nylon, TPR, TPE. Polyurethane...all plastics In metals, GRPI works with brass, aluminum, copper, steel, stainless steel…all metals We primarily serve the Oil and Gas, HVAC, Auto Aftermarket, Bowling, Agricultural, utilities, irrigation, toy, highway, transportation, railroad. As tooling determines the tolerances held, we design our tools to allow us to hold print tolerances as listed in all materials, rubber, plastic and metal production. We are not limited with run quantity issues. Small run jobs are not a problem, where we’ve learned that not every customer needs thousands of feet of extrusion, or hundreds of thousands of parts. We offer 100-foot or piece minimum runs, even with custom profiles. Our software capabilities include IGES and Solid Works. Please see examples of our work below. For example, combining our expertise in metal/rubber/plastic we reverse engineered a spray bottle. This part contains 16 different parts, rubber – plastic – metal which we assemble and package for delivery. Being able to provide, rubber plastics and metals allows us to bring to the customer a variety of products. We can provide rubber or plastics bonded to metal parts; we can provide assembly of different product types, again, rubber/plastic/metal. We provide One-Stop Shopping allowing our customer to get his full product from one source. We can provide assembled units of metal products and complete its requirements by providing any rubber or plastic components. We can work with different metal processes (extrusion of tubing, stamping of collar and welding together) to form a finished product for customers. We can produce metal parts, rubber, parts, hardware and supply them in a packaged form. We want our customers to know that if they have a requirement for any type of metal, rubber or plastic whether it is one part…or whether is it an assembly, they can come to us for their best pricing, best quality, and one-time service of their needs.

The communication was horrible with them. The quoting process included some modifications to the design but all changes were cleared with Global before the Purchase Order was issued. Five weeks after the Purchase Order was issued I received a call that stated they could not make the parts to the drawing and they needed more money for tooling and for the added time to produce. Needless to say I have not received any parts to date. I had to drive communication through the entire experience. Global was extremely unresponsive. Never ever again

I was extremely dissapointed in service from GRPI. They told me repeatedly wrong information, provided incorrect drawings, and did not return calls ans e-mail. This is one of the worst vendors I have ever dealt with. I strongly do not recommend using this vendor.
