REFERRING NOW TO THE ANGLE THAT IS 95 DEGREES SHOULD BE HELD AND THE FIG. 13. 062 FROM CENTER OF BEND TO THE CENTER OF OTHER BEND MUST BE HELD BECAUSE THIS ANGLE IS GOING TO REST ON TOP OF A ( .062 ) STAINLESS STEEL VERTICAL WALL ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE GRILL AND IT NEEDS TOLERANCE ON EACH SIDE TO SLIDE WITH OUT RUBBING ON EITHER SIDE OF THAT WALL 5. REFERRING NOW TO THE MOUNTING ( SPOT WELDING ) OF THIS BRACE TO THE GRILL . I SUGGEST ONLY 3 ( THREE ) SPOT WELDS SHOULD BE USED ONE ON EACH END AND ONE IN THE MIDDLE BECAUSE OF THE HEAT EXPANSION THAT WILL CHANGE THAT ( 13.062 ) DIMENSION IF IT WAS SPOT WELDED ON EVERY ROD. THE LOCATION OF THIS BRACE IS 3 / 4 “ ( .750 ) PARALLEL SIDE BY SIDE FROM THE FIRST TWO 3 / 16 ( .186 ) WIRE RODS THAT WAS MOUNTED FIRST AND THE 95 DEGREASE ANGLE WILL FACE 90 DEGREES VERTICAL TO THE GRILL THAT IS LAYING FLAT ON A TABLE WITH THE 16 PIECES OF 1 / 8” ( .125 ) WIRE RODS ON TOP AND THE ALL THE 3 / 16 ON THE BOTTOM. 6. REFERRING NOW TO THE COUPLING THIS CAN BE MADE OUT OF 1 / 8 “ ( .125 ) WIRE ROD WITH AN ID OF 1 / 4 “ ( .250 ) X 3 / 4 “ ( .750 ) WITH A 1 / 8 “ ( .125 ) ID RADIUS.
