This RFQ was sourced on www.MFG.com in USA for 3-D printing
Buyer needs these parts, which will be made from aluminum,
extruded, machined, polished and
anodized. Buyer wants to have two prototypes made so they
can be test-fit before actually
spending money to have the aluminum versions extruded in
case changes are needed before final production.
Buyer is not sure which material to use for the
prototypes. They will be bolted into place, so buyer is
taking material recommendations.

3-D printing: 3D printers create physical models from solid models or CAD data. Models are virtually cut into fine layers. These layers are then built one on top of the other by an inkjet print-head which deposits a liquid binder that solidifies successive layers of powder to form the physical model.
