Piezoelectric Crystal

This RFQ was sourced on www.MFG.com in USA for Chemical Synthesizing

Dental piezoelectric scaler needs a piezoelectric crystal to vibrate scaling tip. Please see the buyer's website for current scaling products. 2 crystals made out of any inexpensive material you choose are needed for product development. Specifications for electric drive signal are requested. It must have a 1/8" hole in the center to allow passage of liquids (a dacron plastic sleeve will be inserted in the hole to keep the liquids from corroding the crystal). It must have between 4 and 8 disc sections (or it can be a single toroidal piece) with terminals attached, sufficient for attaching hand soldered wires. The crystal will fit between two steel blocks. The tip load to be moved may be up to 100g. It must vibrate between 28-32 kHz. Most crystal stacks currently used in this application are about 1 cm thick.
