ANY PARTS HAVING INDICATIONS OF CRACKS SHALL BE REJECTED. DESTRUCTIVE TESTING SHALL BE PERFORMED AS SPECIFIED BY THE PROCUREMENT SPECIFICATION, DRAWING, STANDARD OR DESIGN MANUFACTURER’S REQUIREMENTS. DOMESTIC U.S. MANUFACTURERS MAY BID. FOREIGN BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This is a bid for the government. Although the order is not firm at this time, the buyer will notify all quoting parties once a decision has been made by the government.
