Production of a milled Metgraf Microwave housing. Approximately 80mm x 32mm x 7.5mm. Material is Metgraf 7-200 and/or Metgraf 4-230 composite. Please see drawing for all specifications. I have attached a detail drawing illustrating Microwave HSG - “GBT3190”. Please be aware that MMCC would supply you with the base material, the material would be our MetGraf 7-200, and or MetGraf 4-230 material. Buyer will send Supplier sample material for machining evaluation before any machining would commence. Please quote the following price and delivery rate for 1000, 2000 to 5000 housings. Delivery would be 4 weeks after receipt of material from Buyer to supplier of machining services. Metfraf material is an aluminum or copper and graphite composite which is machined without lubricant any questions regarding the machining of Metgraph materials should be addressed to Pat Marron at MMCC or to request a sample block of material fro machining trials. The buyer is having this part quoted in multiple categories in order to determine the most cost effective method of manufacture.
