Maple Box

This RFQ was sourced on www.MFG.com in USA for Wood Assembly

Production of a joined and assembled Maple Box. Approximately 62" x 32" x 16". Material is Maple wood. Please see drawing for all specifications. Unless otherwise stated, the drawing takes precedence.

Buyer is looking at building this in Maple wood, the panels should be high quality (both sides) maple veneer/plywood and the frame and traverses should be made of solid maple. The prototype construction Buyer made uses dados and rabbets for all joints. Buyer would be interested in a manufacturer that could suggest the most economical way to assemble. Buyer would want to purchase a prototype and if everything looks good, go ahead and place a first order of 8 modules. Buyer hopes to be able to ramp up volume and reach about 8 a week.
