41D735740P1 is made from 41D735303G1, 41D735303P1, and 41D732526P3.

Cold forming is not an option.

Winning supplier will have to be qualified through GE’s supplier selection proces and New Component Introduction (NCI) process - NCI process is a 21 step process to approve a supplier to make a part for GE.

Samples and qualification would be in 2005, production orders would be placed late in the 4th quarter to support production demands in 2006.
