Dagger Membrane Overlay This RFQ was sourced on www.MFG.com in USA for Membrane Switches I’ve attached a preliminary drawing of our overlay. The overlay has 42 buttons and 25 embedded LEDs. Embossing: Rim embossing on switches A-X We will have 2 colors on the overlay. Rectangle beside “CENTRALITE” is a clear window for an LCD display. LEDs will be green except for Menu/ Select which will be YELLOW. This overlay will adhere to a flat mounting plastic enclosure. We would like to use CRIMPFLEX connectors with either 0.1" or 0.05" spacing. We will need 42 lines plus 7 commons for the switches and 26 lines plus 4 commons for the LEDs. The tails should exit the underside of the overlay about 0.5" from the bottom. They can extended all the way across the overlay. Let me know if you have any questions.
