Polishing of Exhaust Tubing. Buyer is looking for a vendor to polish tubing so it can be offered finished to cutomers. All tubing is thin wall (.065), 304L stainless tubing. Pictures of all the pieces included in kits are attached. Some customers will only want the cold side polished while others will want both the hot and cold sides polished. The cold side consists of: charged air tubing and coolant lines. The hot side consists of: headers, downpipes and midpipes. The tubing is already smooth, it just needs to be polished to a mirror-like finish. The tubes in the pics are prototype parts with lots of sections/joints and welds. The production versions will be CNC mandrel bent and will not have all of the sections/joints/welds that these prototype pieces do. Please price them in groups of ’hot side’ and ’cold side’ as well as individual pieces by group (coolant lines, charged air, headers, downpipes, midpipes). Also please let buyer know how long the polishing takes as these will be orders we continually place with chosen supplier, so buyer will need to be able to tell the customer how long it will take from the time of shipping the tubing to supplier.
