This assembly calls for:
- Injection molding a 3-shot overmolded silicone wristband for a wearable device. One of the overmolded layers is conductive silicone.
- Injection molding a lock loop
- Assembling the lock loops onto the wristband, and also assembling a watch buckle onto the wristband. The buckle will be provided by Buyer.
First article samples must be provided in durometers of 60A, 70A, 80A and 90A so that Pavlok can perform user testing and select the most comfortable durometer for production.
