Tooling payments will be made by Buyer after first article Production Part Approval (PPAP) and a Process Capability Inspection Report is submitted in accordance with ISO standards. Preference will be given to suppliers with ISO 9001 certification, with consignment warehousing and quality/program management teams in the USA, and who are willing to amortize the cost of tooling and offer annual costdowns as part of a bonded long-term supply agreement of 3 years or more. Bidding Suppliers must be able to afford Powerpoint presentations in English explaining their Plastic Molding Core Competencies, History, and furnish a copy of their ISO 9001 certificate. Bidding Suppliers must be willing to undergo a Quality Audit at their facility and conduct and complete a Quality Self-Assessment form in English. Bidding Suppliers must be willing to afford Buyer an outline on all packaging configurations to be used for shipment of these plastic components, along with related carton put-up and production lot sizing. Suppliers wishing to offer bids on RFQ's must execute an online Nondisclosure Agreement before being authorized to see the Buyer’s 2D prints online with MFG.com. Bidding suppliers must be willing to sign and execute a Tooling Agreement as well as afford a full cost breakdown on all new molds to be built before formal award. Bidding Suppliers must be willing to afford Buyer a copy of their Annual Report in English or be able to substantiate their financial condition - note that the online Non-Disclosure Agreement will serve to indemnify all suppliers for protection of proprietary information offered to Buyer. All Bidding Suppliers must be willing to produce and ship in at least quarterly volumes per the annual forecasts herein reported. For Bidding Suppliers with USA consignment warehousing, US Customs Duties of 2.5% and 40 foot containers should be involved.
