Bollard Cover This item was sourced on www.MFG.com as one of the items in an RFQ in USA for Polishing Buyer needs a Supplier who is able to put a variety of finishes on a stainless steel fabrication (a 32" long cylinder that is capped on one end and open on the other). Buyer will be shipping the pre-fabricated piece to the Supplier for finishing and packaging. The finish will need to be both around the cylinder and on the end cap. The pipe is 8" schedule 10 x 32" in length made of a 316 stainless steel material. There are three 1/2" holes toward the bottom and there are a series of 9 clips welded to the inside. The polisher will need to remove all traces of the weld from the exterior of the product and put a #4 stainless finish on the product for this project. This is a new addition to a product line so Buyer is looking for a long term partner. Buyer is behind on the design of this project and therefore needs this work done quickly. Buyer needs one sample piece up front and then 130 production pieces afterwards. The Buyer has the order for the 130 pieces already.
