Actuator Parts

This item was sourced on www.MFG.com as one of the items in an RFQ in USA for Milling

Production of titanium parts set. The buyer was told by a local machine shop that it probably be best to first EDM the basic shapes and then finish up with machining. Though if you have a better idea that would be ok. Please feel free to ask the buyer any questions about the drawings. The buyer would like to get the parts hopefully by November 17, but they are a little flexible on dates. Please quote as a set.

Milling: Milling, CNC milling, or manual milling is the process used to produce prismatic components. A rotating cylindrical cutter with multiple flutes, commonly called an endmill, traverses along multiple axes to machine features such as slots, pockets and profiles. A machine tool used to perform milling is called a milling machine or the CNC version is often referred to as a machining center. Milling can be performed manually or under CNC control called CNC milling. Milling and CNC milling are performed by machine shops.
