T Section Roll forming Dies
Currently we have a roll forming machine manufactured by Dallan – Italy – Type: Monobloc TR4.We currently manufacture the Main Tee and the Cross Tees for the ceiling grid system on this machine; all the heights of our profiles are 38mm. Due to the market demand and also to cut down the cost per Sq. Meter we thought of making the heights of our profiles, 32 mm for the Main Tee and 28mm for the Cross Tees.
We were hoping to have custom designed dies for roll forming the profiles with the heights I mentioned and also the cutting dies.
Please provide your best offer for manufacturing the above dies, time of preparation and delivery in addition to packing info.
