I would like your to quote for two molds. One two-cavity family mold (1+1), and one single cavity mold. Both molds in a standard mold base, with P-20 steel. A DME mold base would be preferred but if you have the equivalent of that type of base that may work. The two cavity mold will contain both the Rider Bottom and the Rider Shell. Side tab-gate with 3 gates per part. The parts will be made of ABS.
The Rider Seal will be in the single cavity mold with two internal tab-gates with the sprue coming in the center of the part. This will be manufactured from a soft TPE around 40 Shore A so the part will need many large ejector pins as it will be quite soft and flexible.
Additionally, I would like a better understanding about your company. Can you explain for me what your capabilities are and provide for me some refferences How may years has your company been business?
