Pedal Pad- aluminum stamping, buffed aluminum sufrace
This is an engineering estimate only. Math data to be
provided upon final quote. Having
difficulty finding North American supplier. Ideally would
like to purchase rubber underlay and
Aluminum surface together, but will settle for just AL
stamping.
Approx 4 1/2" long overall x 3" tall 1/4" thick
Santoprene (shown in Red) overlay will have lip on
backside to fit over existing automotive pedal.
List tooling as seperate line item please.
AL Alloy Sheet 5052-H32 Class 1 Mil finish 1.2mm thick
9,000 EAU is for 5 years total of 45k pieces.
We also have a second pedal for the clutch that we will
share with interested parties.
