Staple
1/2" wide staple with 1/4" legs (staple is 1/2" by 1/2" by
1/4" high) made from coil 1/2" wide
by 0.013" thick NIZN COTE Steel.
I have enough
coil in stock to make 20,000 pieces. After
that you would supply raw material. Any material that
would work for a staple that is
corrosion resistant is OK.
Quote each way if you
would.
Tolerances: Staple width +or-
0.002, leg length (including staple thickness) or staple
height +0.0, -0.005 Legs are to be at
90 degrees +or- 3 degrees.
When the staple is
used the legs are curled over material and a
velcro pad so material must have that capability.
I currently make these staples with a hand
made machine and would like to farm out this process.
