Aluminum door lock bridge
Please advise on best process to manufacture this part. I
think the aprox. .030 spring steel
will need to be heat treated after forming and bending.
PLEASE PROVIDE PROTOTYPE.
NOTE!!! I am in need of some design assistance from
supplier. I have a successfull prototype.
Supplier collaboration has yielded the following:
Itrm #1: The tolerance of +/- .001 on the .xxx callouts is
incorrect. IT SHOULD BE =/- .005. Item #2: The tangs have
rounded ends on them but their coming out of a square
hole. It is ok to have the square a radius to match the
tang. Item #3: It is no longer neccessary to have the
cerations on the side of the legs
