I would like to receive quote by August 13 and the prototypes by August 18. 3000 to 4000 spring order later this year or early next music wire, plating is not required for prototypes, large order will be plated 0.025 wire +- 0.003 spring should hold 50 deg min in relaxed position spring should be able to collapse until extensions are touching without permanent deformation setting the spring to less than 50 deg
