Waste Sampler Plastic Parts
I have 10 parts zipped up in the SLDPRT (SolidWorks)  format.  The JPG file is a picture of the overall assembly  (without the cover.) The four SLDPRT items with a "2" in  the file name require two each for one complete assembly  (resulting in 14 fabricated parts for each assembly.)  I  need three assemblies to demonstrate functionality of the  tool for our client. After that we will need one (or three if cost effective)  complete assembly out of a 300-series SS (303, 304, 316,  or 17-4 PH).  These parts could be cast, machined, EDM, or  some combination.  In general most of the curved surfaces  are for esthetics and do not require the precision of the  bores and dove-tail flat surfaces.  Final estimates and  fabrication award will occur after the drawings are  completed. Please provide me with a recommendation for material and  quotes for one and three sets of both the plastic and  steel (if you have that capability) parts.
