Injection molding of a rung lock slider. Approximately
82.50 mm long x 31.75 mm wide x 13.23 mm thick. Please
see drawing for dimension specifications.
This part will be used in an abrasive application. The
material needs to be able to withstand
the abrasion and still slide smoothly. Buyer does have
some additives in mind but will take others
under advisement. Buyer also needs to have a UV inhibitor
added in as this part will be exposed extensively to UV
light.

No Brake (Break)
High Impact
High Stiff
Copolymer polypropylene
