Wheel Dome
Thermoforming of a wheel dome. Polycarbonate sheet,
approximately 1/16" thick. Dome shape approximately 8"
radius of curvature, with a depth of at least 4.5". Please
see drawing for dimension specifications. Supplier may
provide complete part as shown, or part with excess
material to be machined by buyer. Buyer will gladly accept
commercially available domed parts that can be cut to
size. Slight markoff or optical distortion is acceptable.
