Mirror Support Back
Please make mold 3' dia x 10mm thk. Tolerance +/- 3mm for
all dimensions.
Mold is for mirror back 3’ in diameter and about 10mm
thick. It is
manufactured from ABS(plastic
virgin) and wood flour. The compounded mixture at about
190 deg C compression molded at
about 50T pressure.
Material of Construction for mold should be compatible
with ABS and Wood flour at 200 deg
Temperature and 50 T pressure. Heating cooling cycles.
Material preference is SS 316L or CI. Please specify what
material you are quoting.
