A trash can. It measures 11"dia & (apprx.) 13" tall (extand to 18") We want it to be white opaque plastic with red stripes on glossy outside surface. It has flexible corrugated middle part -like the top part of drinking straw-, and it has a ring which fits inside of the top part to put plastic bags into the can. It can be one piece or couple of pieces which requre simple assembly.
