The regulations that must be met for this product
(consumer usage technique):
Get a cup of water about 4in. deep and warm it just before
boiling. (The water should be about as hot as a cup of
coffee)
Holding the tab of the tray immerse the rest of the try in
the water. Hold it under the water for about 10 seconds.
The tray should soften, and start to shrink.
Slowly bring the tray out of the water, making sure not to
allow it to fold over itself. Allow any excess water to
run off the tray.
Place the try in your mouth around your upper teeth. Push
the tray up firmly in the front with your fingers and
press the back up with your tongue, sucking any air and
water out of the tray.
Hold the tray for 60 sec. or until the tray has cooled.
Remove the tray carefully from your mouth. Examine the
tray making sure you captures all of your teeth, and that
you did not bite through the tray.
Try the tray on to make sure it fits. If you are
unsatisfied with the way the tray fits, or you have bitten
through the tray, you may repeat the process again.
If you are satisfied with the fit of your tray trim the
tab of the tray off so that you can close your mouth
comfortable around the tray.
Repeat all the steps for your lower teeth.
