details.
As stated on the attachment we need a way to weigh down
the bottom of the floaty, either
by putting weight in through a hole in the top or by
attaching weight to the bottom plastic.
If you could also include a quote for one million units it
would be appreciated.
This floaty will be floating in a liquid so it must be
completely sealed on the bottom.
