Mounting Bucket
Part will be made form black ABS plastic with fiberglass
fill, and must be UV resistant. This
part will be used as the back portion of automotive-type
instrumentation clusters. All
dimensions are in mm, and tolerance is +- 0.15mm (~
0.005") unless otherwise noted.
Please provide information of finishes and the cost
associated with them. We would
consider a textured (sandblasted mold?) exterior finish
(outside of the "barrel" shape),
polished finish, or "standard" type finish with price
considerations.
We do not have a mold built for this part as it will be a
new product for us. Please quote
mold cost separate from piece price.
