clasp and connectors
THis clasp has 4 components 2 connectors and 2 Plastic halfs that will slide and snapp together.(NOTE THESE TWO PLASTIC HALHS WILL REQUIRE TOOLING AND HAVE THAT COST AMORTIZED) It holds a coin battery. The two connectors will need to be stamped and as well will require tooling and as well amortized. These connectors will have two leads that are stanless steel strained wire with a nylon coating (.018 gauge)(.024 with coating. They are 7.5" long and each one will be CRIMPED to the connectors as conductors from the battery.We will supply the wire.Attached are some conceptual drawings of the clasp and I do have working drawings for the clasp in a Pro eng.prt format.The clasp should be able to have a soft feeling and at the same time be durable enough for the clasp to be continueous open and closed motion.
