Delrin ATV Fairlead
Production of a DELRIN hawse fairlead. Rectangular part
with tapered
ends approximately 6" x 1 7/8" x 1". Injection molded from
high strength DELRIN Plastic.
Mouth has a 5/8" bevel on the front, with a 3/8"
bevel on the back of the part.
Countersunk 7/16" bolt holes are approx 4.75" center to
center.
Additional drawings and photos will be
provided. Tolerances must be at least 0.010,
preferably.
Please include any molding charge in quote.
The part is a guide for synthetic winch rope, and surfaces
must be smooth prior to shipment.
