Production of a machined Plate. Approximately 15.5" x 6.19"
x 0.9". Material is Silicon Nitride ceramic. Please see
drawing for all specifications. Unless otherwise stated, the
drawing takes precedence.
Component material silicon nitride
Could you please review these drawings and determine if this
is possible for Supplier to process this part to the
finished tolerance.
At this stage Buyer needs to package this based on a 1-off
sample (two halves). Buyer unclear what future volume will
be required but may be significant.
Buyer can supply Supplier with 2-4 blanks they would be
slightly larger than the required size.
If this is possible Buyer need a basic process route and
lead time to complete.
Eg: Top plate
0.6" thick by 6.25" wide and 16" long
Bottom plate
0.45" thick by 6.25" wide and 16" long+6-9*
