Bulkhead and Logo Ring
The bulkhead and logo ring are lathe items. Bulkhead ring
approximately 1.52" OD x 0.20" long. Logo ring
approximately 1.73" OD x 0.375" long. Please see drawing
for dimension specifications. The logo ring has embossing
and the embosing
machine is desinged to attach to the lathe and emboss the
part before it is parted of.
Total time for the logo ring was 6 seconds and total time
for bulkhead was 5 seconds on
lathe. Both bar feed with belt removal
