Actuator Guard
Production of an actuator guard. Approximately 1.596"
long x 1.140" wide x 0.200" tall. Please see drawing for
dimension specifications. Custom extrusion that provides
major profile reduces machine time. Buyer has fixtures that
are designed to hold extrusions in a pallet machine during
various processes. The cycle time per part in last process
was 20 seconds. Part has a blast finish on the top side to
obscure extrusion marks. Blast finish was achieved with a
#2 wire material. Buyer has a source for the extruded
parts so buyer would only have to machine to spec. Please
