Powerball Assembly (Turned)
This is a small sub assembly (2 pieces) and we are needing
40 of them right now, and I need a quote on price
and delivery time.
Part one is 3.25" Dia x 7.1" long overall
Part two is 3.25" Dia x 4.37" long overall
Part one and two assemble together by mechanical threads
(2.875 B Pitch Stub Acme Pin)
Wire entry guide portion has a 2.5" Dia ball that will be
seated in that area. Ball not part of project but sample
ball could be provided for guaging and conformance.
2 pieces required to mate flush - bottoming out - nice
seam.
Inside groove corners/shoulders need relief (.005 - .010")
as may not be indicated on this drawing.
