Milling and turning of a 50 ton nut. Approximatley 8.85"
long x 2.00" wide x 4.00" OD. Please see drawing for
dimension
specifications. Associated with RFQ 45696. Parts should
be quoted together.
Material to be supplied by buyer. Buyer will
purchase "handle" and be responsible for welding of this
mating part.
Dunnage to be supplied by buyer, returnable type.
Buyer has sample production parts for review, test sample,
mating screw will be supplied.
This is a high volume product which is a consumable in the
mining industry. There is also a smaller brother to this
part with same quantities that will be awarded to the same
manufacturer.
