Production of a turned Insert. Approximately 9.91mm OD x
65.65mm long. Material is DIN C45PbK steel. Please see
drawing for all specifications. Unless otherwise stated, the
drawing takes precedence. The buyer is bidding on this job
for a customer. Although the order is not firm at this time,
the buyer will notify all quoting parties once a decision
has been made.
Refer to print for material notes and test requirements.
Black diamond characteristics require statistical Process
control and process capability of Ppk=1.67Min Supplier Must
be ISO TS16949 registered for automotive supply. Include any
required tooling charges in your quote as a separate line
item. Do not amortize tooling or gauging charges. Advise EOQ
within the two EAU ranges listed. Include details of any
metal surcharges, how calculated and how often applied to
pricing.
