Upper Mold Housing
Production of a upper mold housing. Approximately 9.946"
long x 5.420" long. Please see drawing for dimension
specifications. Supplier acceptance is subject to
supplier assessment approval.
Quote should include cost to Hard Coat Anodize (.001 build-
up) with PTFE. (If hard coating
services are not available, please quote without the
hardcoat, but quotation must
clearly state that the hardcoat is not included.
Supplier must measure first part to verify that part is to
print spec. Supplier will visually check
every part, and dimensionally check every fifth part. If
any part is found out of spec. the
supplier will correct error and will check the other four
parts made since the last good part
was checked. All information should be documented and sent
to buyer prior to shipment of
goods. Please see contact buyer with any questions.
