Procure Materials, Machine and Process complete per
drawing and RFQ.
Minimum Requirements:
1-Quote 100% per Drawing and RFQ requirements.
2-Material and Process Certifications required.
3-100% inspection is required.
4- Inspection report to be submitted before shipping
parts.
5- Magaflux (for Steel Parts) and Fluorescent
Penetrate/Dye Pen (for Aluminum Parts)
inspection per the latest Mil / Industry standard “if
not” specified on drawing. This
requirement is mandatory even if not specified on the
drawing. Process Spec and Cert
must be submitted with inspection reports.
6- Packaging requirements: parts are to be placed in
protective packaging before shipping.
7- Shipments must be insured for full value.
Please No exceptions for these minimum requirements.
