The current shop that I use cannot make parts this small,
so I am looking for someone who
can do tiny parts.
Approx size .212" long x .116" OD x .061" ID. Slots .070"
deep x .005" wide one end. Tines to be flared. Heat
treat in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to Rc 38-42. Also,
Gold
plate.
There are more parts to come and they will be ordered on a
regular basis.
If the plating and heat treat is an issue please quote
without.
