Rectangular part approximately 2.75 x 3.00 x .125" from
2024 Aluminum. Tightest tolerance
is +/- .02" Also, countersink 10-24 holes.
Anodizing is not necessary.
Part is a component in a folding yoga/meditation prop.
Only the thin edge is visible and does
not come in contact with skin or liquid. 18-8 cres is on
one side and wood on the other.
The attached sketch gives dimensions needed; tolerance to
be discussed. Two of the
screw holes need tight tolerance and placement along with
the slot for the 5/16-18 stud.
other dimensions are less critical.
