2 - spar segments both loaded onto fixture and run at same
time. 42" and 23" segments.
Fixture is 16" x 50". 2nd operation on same fixture with
parts flipped. Will provide tooling
and programs. 4 or 5 axis needed for mold line surfaces.
Total run time approx. 5.5 hrs per
set at 7,000 rpm. Must have open capacity to run for 6
months min. Quote shop rate and
open capacity only at this time. Rate is 15 sets per
month for 2 years.
