RFQ is for an open throat swager/crimper capable for 8
inch
pipe/tube sizes. The buyer is looking for a crimping
machine for steel tubes. The machine must crimp a 200 mm
maximum OD steel sleeve which is 200 mm long and up to 5
mm wall thickness. The machine will crimpt the sleeve onto
an inner pipe to make up a pipe fitting. The machine must
be portable so that it can be deployed in the field from a
service vehicle, perhaps using a cherry-picker hoist.
