Threaded Stud
Production of a threaded stud. Approximately 74.85mm x
20.62mm x 19.05mm. Please see drawing for dimension
specifications.
All information contained within and attached to this
request for quote ("RFQ") is confidential.
Quote to the exact specifications and qualify with any
exceptions in writing in Section 3 Supplier
Notes/Exceptions.
All quotes must state compliance to and/or exception to
all of the information included in this RFQ. Failure to do
so assumes compliance.
By responding with a quote, supplier agrees and accepts,
without limitation, the terms and conditions of the RFQ,
as well as any other document references in this RFQ,
which are an integral part of this RFQ.
CAD data: Supplier is responsible for all CAD generation
and drawings unless otherwise notified by buyer.
Designs are the property of buyer unless otherwise agreed
to in writing by buyer. Supplier is responsible for the
accuracy of said CAD files and drawings as well as for any
costs associated with or as a direct result of errors
contained within Supplier generated CAD files and
drawings.
Supplier is responsible for all data translation costs, as
well as any resulting translation errors and the costs
associated.
Buyer will not accept price increases.
At the time of Part Approval, Supplier must provide copies
of all tooling, equipment and drawings to buyer.
Quote must be submitted in currency indicated in Section 2
(Cost breakdown) and detailed cost breakdowns must be
fully completed using Section 2 template in order to be
considered by buyer.
Supplier is required to purchase, at its expense, all
necessary equipment to meet testing and quality
specifications as referenced on all drawings, CAD Files &
Specifications stated in Section 2 (Cost breakdown) of the
RFQ.
Supplier must meet all quality and Full Part Approval
requirements described in the Automotive Industry Action
Group ("AIAG") manuals and conform to all Supplier Quality
Development Engineering requirements for Advanced Quality
Planning.
Documentation to evidence the component qualifies for duty
free importation under a trade preference program such as
NAFTA or EU-Mexico Free Trade Agreement.
Location Boucherville, Quebec, Canada: Incoterm: DDP
Payment terms for tooling will be net 30% down payment
30% after P3 approval and 40% at PPAP approval.
Payment terms for components will be 2% - 10 DAYS - NET 30
DAYS FOLLOWING MONTH.
Business award contingent upon annual productivity three %
minimum being offered herein.

specifications and others.
