Corrugated Box Set (Die Cut)
Please review the attached DXF file to provide a quotation
for die cutting, cnc router cutting
or laser cutting. The material used is 6 mm plastic
corrugated. The attached drawing depicts
all dimensional information, flute direction and cut type
(shown with different colors for each
side of part). Score cut’s, as defined on the dwg, are
slits made through the top layer of
skin only, to allow folding. There are score cuts on both
sides of some parts. There are no
creases anywhere on these parts. No "squashing" of edges
or hole piercing can be
accepted in die cutting.
I have been given pricing of $8.10 per 48" x 96" sheet,
please use this unless you are able
to secure better pricing. I will supply this material if
my price is better than yours.
Please quote a set of die cut parts consisting of 5 pieces
at the following quantities;
100 sets
500 sets
1000 sets
The project is a new activity case for use in automobiles.
Pre-production units are currently
in process, full product launch expected this fall.
